Characteristics of spiral heat exchanger

• l  High heating efficiency:It’s overall heat transfer coefficient up to 2900W/m2, and the rate of heating transfer is higher 30%-50% than the tubular one.
• l  Less heat loss:the structure of compacting,small size,and it’s close to room temperature,and the fluid been out flowed (entried)along the edge channel,without insulation.

• l  Reliable structure:Two-channel for the seal welding to ensure that the two heat exchange media are not mixed.
• l  Inexpensive:a high utilization of materials in order to realize using the board instead of pipeline,which is in low cost and guarantee the quality.
• l  Not easy to plug :take the single-channel media to allow the flow rate is higher than others heat exchanger.dirt is not easy,and channel has its own role in cleaning,the dirt is easily washed away.
• l  Low-temperature heat recovery:two kinds of heat transfer medium can be wholly counter-current for heat exchange.Suitable for small different temperature heat exchange and recover the low-temperature.
